Your CueRoom purchase
CueRoom is a browser-based script rehearsal service. The $29.99 USD one-time purchase gives your account access to the rehearsal tools and standard device voices. There is no recurring fee for that base purchase. It is an account license to the hosted service, not a download or a promise that hosting will continue indefinitely. Device voices, PDF recognition and microphone support vary by browser and device.
Optional Studio Voices
Studio Voices requires purchased CueRoom access and costs $9.99 USD per month. Buying both costs $39.98 initially, then $9.99 each month until cancellation, plus any tax shown at checkout. An existing CueRoom owner pays only for the add-on. Stripe checkout shows the amount and recurring schedule before payment.
Each paid billing month includes 30,000 newly generated speech characters. Unused characters do not roll over and there are no automatic overage charges. Creating new voice previews also uses characters. Replaying saved audio does not use more characters; changes to dialogue, voice or speed can require new audio.
Cancellation and payment problems
Use Account → Manage billing & cancel subscription to stop future Studio renewals. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. You keep your purchased CueRoom access and saved scripts. When the paid Studio period ends, new AI generation and Studio audio playback stop; standard voices remain available.
A failed renewal does not extend AI access beyond the last paid period. An immediate cancellation, a full refund or a payment dispute can end affected access sooner. If the payment supporting CueRoom access is fully refunded or disputed, we suspend that access and schedule any active Studio subscription to stop renewing. Contact support if a dispute is resolved and you wish to resume Studio.
Refund requests
For a billing mistake, duplicate payment or problem using CueRoom, contact support@cueroom.studio with your account email and purchase date. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund an earlier payment. This does not limit refund or cancellation rights that apply under law.
Your scripts and account
Use only scripts and other material you have permission to use. Your content remains yours. You allow CueRoom to store and process it to provide rehearsal features; selected dialogue is sent to ElevenLabs when you use Studio Voices. Keep your account credentials private and do not use the service to disrupt others or bypass usage limits.
Accounts support up to 200 saved scripts, originals up to 20 MB subject to hosting limits, and 250 MB of total stored originals and reader audio. You can export scripts with their originals. Purchased-account audio is retained within the storage allowance. Beta-only cached reader audio becomes eligible for cleanup after seven days. Contact support for account or data deletion requests; backups may retain earlier copies.
Beta invitations
Beta applications are reviewed separately from purchases. Invited testers have free access for their testing period, with no credit card and no automatic conversion into a subscription. Beta features and voice allowances may differ from paid plans. An invitation is not a promise of permanent free access.
