Request account deletion
Sign in, confirm your CueRoom password, and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account. Once your request is verified, deletion runs automatically. You do not need to keep this page open or ask us to process it manually.
To request deletion, email support@cueroom.studio from your CueRoom account email. Include the words “Delete my CueRoom account.” We may ask you to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.
You are signed out after submitting a verified request. Reopen this page in the same browser to check its status. We complete verified requests from active CueRoom systems within 30 days. If a cleanup issue needs attention, your request stays open and the status page will say so.
If you cannot sign in, email support@cueroom.studio for help verifying ownership. Do not email your password, payment-card details, or scripts.
What deletion removes
- Your CueRoom account, profile, and sign-in access.
- Scripts, imported originals, and generated reader audio saved in your online CueRoom library.
- Device registrations, trial records, and purchase-access records associated with your account.
- Account-linked usage records, preferences, beta requests, and feedback, except records subject to a specific disclosed legal or security retention requirement.
We include personal data held by service providers on CueRoom’s behalf in the deletion process, including Studio voice-generation records.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. Export scripts or files you want to keep first. Deleting your account ends access to the online library and account services.
Copies already saved on an Android device, in a browser, in Downloads, or in your own backups are not erased remotely. Remove those copies yourself if you also want them deleted.
Subscriptions and purchases
A deletion request does not request a refund. To stop a renewal while deletion is processing, cancel through the service where you purchased your subscription: CueRoom’s account billing page for a website subscription, or Google Play’s subscriptions settings for a Google Play subscription. Contact support if you need help.
Payment providers may retain transaction records under their own legal obligations. CueRoom does not store your full payment-card number. Account deletion does not remove records that Google Play or Stripe must retain independently.
Backups and retained records
Earlier copies may remain in hosting backups after active account data is deleted. The hosting provider has not confirmed a maximum retention period, so we cannot give a verified date for those copies to expire. Restored backups must be kept out of service until completed deletion requests have been reapplied.
A deletion-status receipt remains available in the browser used to submit your request for up to 90 days. It supports tracking your request after your account is removed.
We retain a minimal deletion record to prevent an old backup from restoring a deleted account. It contains an account number, a keyed identity check, request timing, and cleanup status; it does not contain your email address, password, scripts, or audio. It must remain available while a backup could contain the account. Because the hosting backup lifetime is unconfirmed, we cannot yet give this recovery record a fixed expiry date.
If a particular record must be retained for a legal or security obligation, we will explain the type of record, reason, and applicable period. We do not keep your scripts or reader audio merely to preserve a deleted account.
Delete particular data without closing your account
You can remove scripts through your CueRoom library. For other data requests, email support@cueroom.studio and say what you want removed and that you want to keep your account.
